Book Earl T. Murray III to Speak

A voice at the intersection of transition, faith, and strategy  for the rooms that are ready to build.

Earl T. Murray III does not come to motivate rooms. He comes to move them.

Drawing from over 15 years of experience spanning corporate accounting, entrepreneurship, contract training, and personal finance management  and anchored by a Master of Arts in Financial Planning and Law from Regent University Earl brings a rare combination of prophetic insight and practical strategy to every stage he walks onto.

His message is built on one conviction: your next season is not waiting to arrive from somewhere else. It is already inside you. His role is to help your audience find it  and give them the tools and the framework to build from it.

Whether you need an inspiring keynote for a main stage, financial wellness training for your organization, a deep-dive featured session, or a full implementation workshop  Earl delivers across four formats and a comprehensive topic library that spans transition, faith, personal finance, business strategy, and professional development.

About Earl T. Murray III

Earl T. Murray III is a Transitions Architect, strategic coach, speaker, and author who helps leaders and entrepreneurs uncover what they already carry and build their next season with clarity, provision, and momentum. Drawing from a career that spans corporate accounting, entrepreneurship, contract training, and personal finance management with the United States Navy and anchored by a Master of Arts in Financial Planning and Law from Regent University  Earl brings the convergence of biblical principles and practical strategy to every stage he enters. He is the author of What’s In Your House and the creator of the Six Pillars of Provision framework.

Your next season is already within you. He helps you build it.

Earl T. Murray III is a Transitions Architect, coach, speaker, and author operating at the intersection of life transition, entrepreneurial strategy, and faith-based financial wisdom.

His story is the foundation of his message. For years Earl built a career in corporate accounting  not because numbers were his passion, but because they were his preparation. Let go from jobs he was excellent at, redirected more times than he could explain, he kept finding himself back in the same place every time: teaching, coaching, and helping people navigate change. The pattern was always there. It took years  and a Kolbe assessment that said he was in transition  to finally give it a name.

Today Earl holds a Master of Arts in Financial Planning and Law from Regent University  a program built on the deliberate integration of biblical, practical, and legal dimensions of finance  because he has always believed that faith and strategy were never meant to be separated. He serves as a Personal Finance Manager with the United States Navy, sitting daily with people navigating some of the most demanding transitions a person can face. He coaches entrepreneurs who sense there is more in their house than they have discovered. And he

speaks to rooms full of people who are climbing toward a new altitude and need someone who has made that climb.

Nothing he has lived was wasted. Every exit was a sending. Every season of transition was curriculum for the assignment that was always coming.

Your next season is already within you. He helps you build it.

Four Formats. Every Room.

Not every room needs the same thing. The right format depends on what your audience needs to experience, how much time you have, and what you want people to leave with. Earl delivers in all four formats and every topic can be adapted to fit any of them.

Keynote 20–60 min

Purpose: The anchor message of an event. Inspires, unifies, and sends people out with a shared conviction.

Feel: One-directional. Earl leads, the audience receives. High energy, narrative-driven, built to land one central idea with clarity and power.

Best for: Conference main stage, church guest speaker, leadership summit opener or closer, award events, graduation ceremonies.

Featured Session 45–90 min

Purpose: A deep-dive presentation that goes further than a keynote allows — more teaching, more framework, more substance.

Feel: Mostly one-directional with room for questions or light interaction. Audience comes to learn and think. Earl comes to teach with depth.

Best for: Conference breakout sessions, corporate lunch-and-learn events, professional development days, church midweek series, summits with multiple speakers.

Training Session 60–90 min

Purpose: A content-rich session with built-in application. Participants engage, reflect, and leave with something they actually produced or decided.

Feel: Interactive. Earl teaches and facilitates. Exercises, reflection prompts, group discussion, and practical takeaways built into the delivery.

Best for: Corporate professional development, church small group or ministry training, organizational retreats, business association events, cohort learning sessions.

Workshop Half-day (3–4 hours)

Purpose: Full implementation experience. Participants go deep on one framework or topic and leave with a completed plan, assessment, or blueprint.

Feel: Highly interactive. This is work — structured, facilitated, and productive. Earl teaches in segments and participants apply between each one.

Best for: Financial wellness training for organizations, entrepreneurship intensives, leadership development retreats, church stewardship campaigns, business strategy days.
